Experienced, Mutli-disciplined, Senior Yoga Therapist/Teacher who also loves to dance!
I'm an anatomy, biomechanics and neuroscience geek, Yoga & Anatomy CPD Educator, NHS Covid & Menopause Support Therapist, Kids Yoga Teacher, Pilates, Fitness and Zumba Instructor, Reiki Master, EFT Coach and an Holistic Therapist.
I am dedicated to helping you with your health and well-being.

I offer full length (60, 75 & 90 minute) online and in-person classes, workshops, retreats and private sessions and courses in Weybridge, Hersham, Byfleet, Addlestone, Chertsey, Thorpe nr Egham and throughout Surrey. The benefits of longer 90 minutes classes is that you get to experience a full rounded, unhurried class that includes the vital elements and teachings of yoga such as the breath awareness, proper alignement and benefits of postures and flows, as well as relaxation (which many 45 minute gym yoga classes don't have time to include all this in depth, if at all). You can however, always book on for the class and opt to do just an hour and if I know in advance you're doing that, I can make sure the class has a good break point for you to quietly leave. This isn't an issue at al, l as I know we all have busy lives.
It's my aim to be able to offer diversity and accessibility in yoga and movement, no matter what your needs or preferences are - whether it's with physical, active movement or through a more meditative, therapeutic approach, often with nature and seasonal themes based around The Wheel of The Year, to ground us back from our busy, often office based, tech-filled lives and with a light-hearted, welcoming approach. Although Zumba is generally high energy, you dont need to jump or do big movements, you can keep them small and low. As long as in good health and no injuries, you can wiggle and giggle and get the body and brain benefits!

I am now adding in the option to take any classes on the timetable as an hour OR 90 minutes with sequences that will have a convenient break point at the hour mark for those that either prefer shorter classes or need to hop off a bit earlier.
Please be sure I know in advance if you're only staying for the hour so I can sequence that in.
