DISCLAIMER: We sometimes have some tech wobbles, but generally it's all pretty good.
YOU are responsible for all that you do as I'm not there with you so make sure your space is safe and that you read ALL of the information for practice and ZOOM setup below.
INFORMATION ON HOW TO DO CLASSES AND PRIVATE SESSIONS THROUGH ZOOM
1) DOWNLOAD an app called ZOOM to your phone or laptop or desktop from here: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting
Register for a free account
It will be useful to have a go with Zoom before the class if you aren’t familiar with using it. You can also watch a few of these 1 minute tutorials which are really helpful. Here's the link for those: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting
2) Then choose the class you wish to join and message me to book in. I will then request payment (see below) and I will then send you the ID and password to join. Please join the meeting early by pressing the link and you will be taken to a ‘waiting room' where I will admit you to the class 5-10 minutes before the start. I will NOT be giving tech advice at the start of the class, so I say again, have a play and familiarize yourself with it.
If you do not want to be seen by me and the other people taking the class please press the ‘STOP VIDEO’ option which is the button next to the mute button. If you leave the video on, remember I CAN SEE YOU and so can other people!!!
£10 online 90min yoga class pay as you go price
£6 online 60min yoga / fitness class pay as you go price
£4 online Zumba class pay as you go price
£46 for a block of 6 yoga classes (Zumba is half a credit if used for that)
£86 for 12 yoga classes (Zumba is half a credit if used for that)
£45 for private 1-2-1 90 minute yoga sessions

Those with existing class passes - one will be deducted as usual. Classes can be used on zoom classes and in-person classes.

Practice on an empty stomach
It is recommended that you do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before practice. A light meal is okay 1-2 hours beforehand.
If a special condition prevents this, eat easily digested foods, i.e. fruit or yogurt, one hour before class. Purchase a yoga brick (or 2) and a yoga belt.
Turn your phones off so you can practice in peace! . You will all be muted when class starts and you can choose if you want your video on or not by clicking the STOP VIDEO button at the bottom of your screen.
Wear, comfortable, moveable clothing and have whatever you need nearby.
Make sure you have enough space!
