Fun fitness Circuit class.The class is an hour long including warm up and cool down, cool tunes and laughs. Fun fitness Circuits has 24 1 minute stations of cardio moves (dancing, jogging, punching, kicking...), strength, core and stability work with the use of your own bodyweight and some small pieces of equipment. Works every major muscle group, including deep muscles BOOKING: If first time attending - Please fill in online fitness form http://www.vernyoga.com/health (all boxes need filling before it will submit and green tick will appear when it has successfully sent) and wait for response to book in, especially if you do have any health concerns. Or you can book directly below. This class is for generally healthy people, so if you have a health issues that you may affect activity, please consult myself and/or your doctor before partaking. Modifications will be offered but you will be encouraged to try to work your best. Dont feel intimidated here...you dont have to be super skinny, fit, young etc.....to do this workout. It's safe, effective and FUN!! What will I need? a mat, two small hand weights 1-2kg or save two milk / water bottles and fill them water or use cans of beans Foam Yoga Brick or thick book or cushion you can fold. Kettle Bell 5-6 kg or later bottle of water or whatever you can improvise with, sturdy chair (and lastly maybe a looped resistance band but this is optional, not essential).
