1-2-1 session via zoom or phone
Description
Online Private sessions can be tailored to you. Available Thursdays and some Fridays and Saturdays. Other times may be possible, so please do enquire. Sessions include Q&A and advice on lifestyle and the four pillars of health : exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep. Exercise: The benefits to - yoga, pilates, resitence training, brain training and dance Nutrition: Fibre, protein, vital nutrients and vitamins Stress Management: Breath Therapy, Restorative Yoga, mindfulness and meditation and guidance for other things that can help bring back joy. Sleep: Environment,time, morning awakening rituals to kick start cortisol and melatonin at the right times. yoga, mindful and breath techniques for sleep. We can also discuss HRT: The facts, evidence, research, statistics, myths, fears and alternatives. Email recap and recording of the session can also be provided for referrence. 60 minutes £30 You can also combine this with a 1-2-1 yoga teaching session. Cancellation Notice
Cancellation Notice / Reschedule is up to 48 hours before session on the system. After that, you will be charged. Please cancel on the website by logging in/registering (menu top right above vernette banner) and going to 'my bookings' to cancel or reschedule the class you're booked for.
