It takes a lot of behind the scenes work to run Vernyoga as a 'one man show'.

 

There's a lot of behind the scenes time, effort and costs to run a website, especially the brand new designed one!), send emails, do promotions, social media posts and create adverts, class plan, study and research, create blogs and articles, not to mention the cost of trainings, travel, website domain and payment fees, hire halls, teaching insurance, registrations and the extra advice I often give for free after class or via emails ....all of which is done in my own time between teaching at my own expense to keep your classes affordable and running.

 

If you feel you'd like to offer a little extra thank you for the behind the scenes work and costs (as some of you have asked before about giving 'tips' and extras, which is super kind :-), then here is the place you can do that.
