Description

Well start off with accessing everyone’s current breathing via a breath scan. We’ll work through some of the more basic, well known techniques that have been in class from time to time and then less known ones. Each breath technique will fall into a category of calm, focus, sleep or energise. Contraindications for any breath techniques will be provided as some may not be suitable for all. We will not be delving into some of the so called ‘hyped’ hyperventilating breath techniques that are often advertised with loud music. These can be extreme. We stick to the tried, tested, studied and safe techniques from yoga and other modalities.
