Beat those horrid anxious feelings and thoughts with simple techniques
Description
This workshop will be more interactive and more chat than the usual yoga class set up. You will be invited to take notes, ask questions and try out various techniques that can be learnt and taken away from the session to implement in your daily lives to help with anxiety when it takes hold. We will be exploring Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Acupressure, a splash of self hypnosis, some gentle exercises (not much space needed) and a reiki visualisation/relaxation to end.

Cancellation Notice / Reschedule is up to 2 hours before class on the system. After that, you will be charged. Please cancel on the website by logging in/registering (menu top right above vernette banner) and going to 'my bookings' to cancel or reschedule the class you're booked for.
