Boost employee well-being and productivity with tailored yoga sessions designed for the workplace. These classes focus on stress reduction, posture correction, and mental clarity, suitable for all fitness levels, although as with any session, a health screening will be done prior to first session. Delivered on-site in Surrey or online, either mat-based or chair-based. If mat-based, the group or company are responsible for supplying mats. For groups of 2-20 for a 60-75 minute practice. £150 for in-person, £100 for live online, which includes prior health screening of everyone to ensure the practice is suitable for everyone. 60-75 minute practice including introduction, breathwork and relaxation.
