FUNFITNESS CIRCUIT STYLE BOOTCAMP - ONLINE Tuesday 10am
FunFitness Circuits has 24 1 minute stations of cardio moves (dancing, jogging, punching, kicking...), strength, core and stability work with the use of your own bodyweight and some small pieces of equipment. Works every major muscle group, including deep muscles. The hour long interval class will move around various stations either using weights, props, or own body weight as well as cardio and Barre moves in between for maximum effect. This is suitable for anyone in general good health. You do not have to feel intimidated here...we have fun with it and it's for everyone, regardless of size, so please dont think you have to be super skinny, fit or young to join this class! We get fit together and laugh! It's a safe, effective and fun workout and we have super funky toons from the 70's, 80's and 90's!
FUSION - ONLINE Saturday 12pm
Blend of yoga flows and static moves, pilates and barre to balance flexibility with stability, strength with stretch. Marrying up the principles of yoga and pilates for a perfect blend of the two, ending in relaxation. Perfect for those that like more of a floor workout, that need to build up core strength, that want a challenge but not to feel intimidated by some of the 'pretzel shapes' we associate with yoga.

ZUMBA - IN-PERSON Monday 5.15pm, IN-PERSON Friday 10.30am, ONLINE Thursday 7pm
A dance class of world music, Latin grooves and fitness moves. No judgement here as I really don't claim to be a good dancer but I love to try and if you feel the same, then you're welcome to join me - hey if you even want to freestyle it because the brain and body stop aren't working as a team - OKAY!! the only rules are to just wiggle and giggle!

The Zumba motto is “Ditch the workout—Join the party!” Although it sounds like it’s just a bit of fun (and it is), it is actually an incredible workout and it can provide an enormous amount of benefits to your wellbeing.

Still, Zumba is kind of hard to define. Is it a dance party? Is it an actual workout?
Zumba, a type of dance fitness that’s been around since the 1990s, is the backbone of the dance fitness craze—it incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music to promote a healthy heart, a healthy dose of aerobic activity, and a fun and uplifting, exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, help mobility and coordination and decrease stress.

Feeling a bit silly (At First)
You might feel a bit silly at first. I did and still do sometimes!! Why? Because there’s no way (unless you have a pretty solid dance background) that you’re going to master the choreography right away. And you know what? No one else is, either. I’m not a good dancer myself. That’s kind of the beauty of it. All you need for this type of class is an open mind and a little flexibility when it comes to feeling silly—I promise you, it’s worth it in the end. And besides, after a few songs, you’ll start recognising repeated steps and you’ll get into the groove of it. Dance like nobody's watching!

CARDIO CORE FLOW
Want the best of cardio, strength and yoga combined in a continuous flow of movement?
Cardio Core Flow Fitness combines, classic calisthenics and Pilates exercises, Yoga core / postural work and flow transitions to keep the heart rate up, burn 250+ calories and fat, build strength and tone, as well as lowering the stress hormones (which can inhibit weight loss and many other health issues) through the yoga transitions, breath awareness and cool grooves all in a 1hour! High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) 'Yoga Blitz'
Yoga Blitz - Burn your asana off!Yoga Blitz is a High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) programme I've put together, that works on the proven fitness technique of short, high intensity bursts, working on 30/20/10 second principle using a combination of yoga, pilates and tabata fitness moves to maximise fat loss and calorie burn in a short space of time. It really is for those looking to build strength, endurance, loose weight and have more of a cardio type of workout, than that offered by yoga alone. Some of it involves jumping or running on spot moves but in short bursts, rather than anything like running over a long period of time, so in all, much safer on the joints, but it gives the same level of workout for those with limited time available and continues to burn calories after the workout has finished, known as the 'afterburn' effect. This HIIT programmed is inspired by yoga, rather than being yoga itself, however, the same yogic intention, application and moves are there, but just in a different way. Yoga purists wont like it, because it's NOT yoga! and that's true - I'm not hiding that fact - it's a workout, but more mindful of a mindful one! The popular Bodysculpt LBT class that ran for 4years from 2010-2014 previously held at The Dance Studio and Curves in Chertsey has morphed into the Funfitness Circuit class, Zumba and Fusion Classes.
