This book is by a fabulous author and yoga teacher. One of my first home practice dvds was her power yoga and boy it was strong but great to build up. With the book you can take it up in stages and miss out the more challenging ones demonstrated until ready. I love her writing style. This book was also one of the recommended teaching resource books on one of my teacher trainings
